We cannot express our gratitudes to Tom enough. Our phones went down at Granville Island Veterinary Hospital and telephone communication is integral to our practice. Tom attempted to trouble shoot the problem by phone patiently with no reward. He subsequently dropped everything and spent the entire day at the hospital trying to rectify the issue - calling and coordinating with service providers, doing diagnostics, rerouting the phone line etc.

Today the boys at TMSI saved my business from an internet nightmare!
